What happiness is to me.

What makes me happy?

The thought of having a happy family with you. The thought of walking down the road with you.

Every morning, I will wake up to your face giving you a sweet kiss while you are still sleeping. I will then proceed to the kitchen to make you breakfast. Eggs, done exactly the way you like it. Occasionally you'd get sweet treats like waffles, pancakes, and all the other yummy food I want to make for you. :) the thought of doing all these for you makes me smile. :)

You wake up to wash up, and while you are brushing your teeth, I will hug you from your back. :)We will then have breakfast together and start the day right by enjoying the peaceful life that we have. You will then get changed into the clothes that I've prepared for you and get ready to leave home.

Just before you leave, we will kiss. Sometimes just a quick peck, sometimes passionate and fiery. We will tell each other "I love you" no matter what fights we might have beforehand. We remember the reasons why we held on to each other in the first place. I love the way you love how I love you. Happy images of us together passes my mind, making me appreciate what we have gone through together.

You'll leave for work, feeling confident and motivated to work hard for this family. Everyday it will be the same routine, and we won't ever get bored of it. We are contented, and that' why we are happy.

We enter the cruel world where obstacles wait for us to overcome. Knowing that we have a safe harbour to return to, we don't fear anything. Nothing is too difficult for us to overcome! We work hard and soar high. Nothing brings us down and no matter how much we struggle doing what we do, we continue persevering to finish our given tasks and job. We fight on, and we get tired. But we never give up. Afterall, there is nothing much to lose, we have each other and there is nothing to feel sad about. With a strong mind, we can move on to work even harder.

After work, we return home. I would have prepared a nice home cooked meal for you. You come back feeling exhausted from work, and I will sit you down for dinner. Sometimes when my cooking is good, you'd praise me and whisper into my ears "thank you darling for doing all these for me". While other times when my cooking sucks, you'll make fun of my skills saying that it's really horrible, but yet you still finish everything that I've prepared for you. Sometimes we will go out to dine at a restaurant, just two of us, or with our families.. We dine happily every night and talk about things that happen in life.

Our characters can be so different that they perfectly fit into each other. You teach me how to keep driving forward, while I teach you to be contented with what you have. You dive towards the saddest views of lives, while I show you how positive the world can be. But one thing is in common, that we will always be there for each other, hugging tightly, saying that everything will be alright. If it is not alright, it is not the end.

We talk about everything and anything. Small little things that irritated you at work, small little characters that appear in your life, big events that made you happy and sad.. I want to hear them all. :) We may be swayed by the people around us, but we cherish each other, and we don't do things to hurt each other. Sometimes we get lost in other complications in life, we can get lost together, or we can pick each other up and get back on track. We assure each other of our love, and feel content and there is nothing else that we really need. Money? We have enough to get by. Fame? What for? Love, is all we need. With love, we are able to stay strong and firm, money and fame will follow. Just keep faith in this, and do everything to keep this love pure.

We go to bed feeling fulfilled. Sometimes we do so many things that we feel so exhausted, while other times we do nothing at all to rest for a longer journey ahead. Sometimes, we'd get steamy and drag our sleeping time ;) but every night, we will lay beside each other, feeling thankful that we still have each other. We will hug and empty our minds from all other things, and we will fall asleep blissfully every night, ready for any adventures that await us the next day.

This image is what keeps me motivated, and this, is what I am fighting for. Things may change, but I just hope that we will keep on believing in our love and make it work. Baby, I love you.

Types of Annoying People on Student Exchange

Currently on an overseas exchange to Eindhoven (Netherlands) and read about my adventures HERE. (mrandmrsyay.blogspot.com)

Anyway, this post is more of an indirect emotional post cos of my exchange here. Meant to be private thoughts but I secretly wish the people involved reads this so they know that it is a problem that they have to work on if they want to annoy less people.

Types of annoying people on exchange:

#1 People who wait for things to happen

"I don't know how to do it cos' I have never done it before" seems to be their favourite catchphrase.

For all the booking of accommodation, transport, appointments, etc. They just can't do it first.

Excuse me, but you will only know it when you start doing it. Zz. This is even more annoying when you are stuck with a whole freaking group of people like that. As friends, you feel obligated to do everything for them.

#2 Slowpokes with zero sense of urgency

Spot the nonchalant people strolling at the back of the group, and notice the annoyed expressions of the people at the front of the herd.

These are also the same people who are always late for anything without a tinge of apology. Can't you at least act like you are rushing???

#3 Girlfriend Boys aka Wifi Addicts
Forever on Whatsapp or Skype. Lagging during group conversations. Annoying to the max.

#4 Room Potatoes
running-into-people-from-high-school
They eat in their room, study in their room, and literally does every single thing in their room. They just love to be alone in their rooms.

Personal encounters: I mean like, why would you wanna eat alone in your room when you have someone to eat with? I still can't understand, but okay I will accept it. Just don't freaking close your door on people when they are talking to you. It's rude.

#5 Masterchefs wanna-be
Trying all sorts of weird recipes which ends up too salty or bland, forcing people around to swallow the shit food you cooked.

Yup I admit, that's me. LOL. Fine I will try to annoy less people with my force-feeding. But I do have some nice creations okay! My sesame oil chicken was a success.

#6 Party Animal
Partying every night and coming back saying that he/she has drunk how many litres of alcohol or how much weed they puffed, and blah blah blah. Goodluck to your health.

Sorry but...

#7 Stingy with Money
SM8
Only few words that comes out of their mouth: "Expensive." "No, I am not trying that."

It's good to be frugal, but please do not go overboard. Splitting every single receipt to down to every cents and fraction.

STOP being annoying.
